Substance Abuse Policy 

 We will continue to take responsibility for maintaining a safe and productive work environment free from the adverse effect of alcohol, controlled substances and drugs.

CIBA Construction Company Limited will continue to enforce the policy that any person impaired by the use of Alcohol, Controlled Substances or Drugs is prohibited from entering our facilities. Also, we will continue to frown at trading in illegal or unauthorized use or possession of Alcohol, Control Substances and Drugs while within the CIBA Construction Company Premises. However, we may grant exceptions to the use of prescribed drugs provided such do not affect the person's ability to perform his/her duties in a safe and productive manner.
